Rev. Dr James R. Cooper, an ordained minister, is pastor of the MeetingHouse, and serves the Internet church, www.meetinghouse.com. He is a man of varied experience. As a young man he served as a merchant-mariner, and served in the 82nd Airborne Division. After graduating from the Wharton School and the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania, he became a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court.
James Cooper started yoga when he was 14 and did his first course in yoga in Rishikesh in 1992. He has 3 'A' Levels' in English, Psychology and Philosophy. He spent 3 years working at Tony's Holistic Centre (2003-2006) consulting with chronic MS, Arthritis, Cancer and AIDS patients. He frequently travels to India in connection to his studies and research and has over 18 years experience in healing with natural sciences. He currently teaches Yoga Chi Kung and manufactures simple colloidal silver generators. He spends his time living on the south coast of England, South Bohemia (Czech Republic) and Goa.
