Welcome Onboard
Welcome to the Gazelle Books family.
Now that all the paperwork has been signed, it is time to get you up and running with us.
We will set you up a publisher account which gives you access to our online portal, giving you an insight into monthly sales, stock numbers and payment information.
Send us your Book Data
Your book data is handled by our in-house IT team.
They will ensure all your books are added onto our stock & sales system, as well as Nielsen, Amazon and ensure feeds are sent to wholesalers and customers.
All you need to do is send us the bibliographic information, cover image and any internal spreads you wish to include in your listing.
Supply us with Stock
Stock can be sent to us through our consolidation centres at various ports around the world.
In most cases, we offer free shipping to all publishers from these centres to our UK warehouse.
If you already have stock at another UK distributor, we can arrange for this to be transferred to us.
Sales & Customer Service
Our customer services team are on hand to take orders by telephone, email, pubeasy and online.
They can offer up to date stock information, detailed information on the books available and pricing, as well as estimated delivery times.
Marketing Channels
For publishers using our "all-in-one", our in-house team will promote your titles through several different channels.
We publicise books to our customers via social media, in-house catalogues and e-mail title alerts.
Our team of UK and European Representatives are able to offer their services and we also attend the annual bookfairs in London and Frankfurt.
Monthly Reporting
Monthly stock and sales reports are generated for all our publishers.
We believe in transparency with our publishers and your reports can be viewed at any time through the Gazelle publisher portal.
