Steve Judge is an award-winning international speaker, coach, author and world-champion para-athlete. He delivers workshops to help people achieve their 'G.O.L.D.' goals, as Steve likes to call them - meaning Goal, Opportunity, Love and Dream. As the youngest sibling of three, Steve grew up in Yorkshire, UK, with his Mum, Dad, brother and sister. After leaving school and working as a coal miner and later a mechanical engineer, Steve was involved in a near-fatal car accident in 2002. Despite being told he may never walk again, Steve set recovery goals throughout his rehabilitation, worked tirelessly towards achieving them and eventually started standing and walking again. He then went further by competing as a disabled athlete in para-triathlon, swimming, cycling and running competitions and, again, through setting goals and working towards them, he went on to represent Great Britain, becoming a world champion triathlete two years running. After retirement from international competition, Steve continues to set goals as he runs his successful business sharing his good to GOLD' concept. His mission now is to inspire, help and empower as many people as possible. As a father of two, Steve also dedicates much of his time to the Scout association as a Cub Scout leader and president of Derbyshire Scouts.
