A century ago the Sufi philosopher and musician Hazrat Inayat Khan set forth the teachings that would become The Soul Whence and Whither, a little-known but enduring classic of mystical world literature. In Immortality: A Traveler's Guide, Hazrat's grandson and lineage bearer unpacks these timeless teachings for the spiritual seekers of today. Immortality comprises 180 selections from Hazrat Inayat Khan's teachings on the soul, each accompanied by Pir Zia Inayat Khan's commentary and related contemplative practices. This book stands on its own, but can also be used as a stepping stone to further study of Inayat Khan's teachings on the soul.
