Marsha grew up on the west coast of Newfoundland where being active in the outdoors was normal. A family boil up on a beach or out in the woods while camping was a common thing. Food was homemade and creative. Her love of photography started at a young age when she found her grandfathers darkroom in the attic of the familys 100 year old home. She also continues crafting timehonoured items like the Newfoundland vamp and making a consistent supply of Cod Sounds own Jigger slippers.
