Dr Gibson Miller felt the need for having laws and rules in homeopathy in a concise and accessible form, he prepared this work for his own use. When this work was revised by Kent, a number of valuable additions were made. Dr Kent also suggested Dr Gibson that he should probably get it published so that it might be a help to others too.
