Dr Prasanna Rao Bandeka (b.1938) holds a Master's degree in psychology from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi and LLB and PhD degrees from the University of Jabalpur. As a Fulbright scholar, he visited East West Center, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA in 1977. As a consultant, he handled several management assignments and published articles in professional journals and national dailies.
